Per tutti i contest organizzati in Italia è proibito l'uso, ai fini della gara, delle frequenze inferiori a 50.150 Mhz (ecc. CW 50080-50090).

For all "I" contests it's strictly forbidden, for the competition, the execution of qso in the window of frequencies under 50150 Mhz (exc. CW 50080-50090).

F5GTW, il gestore del beacon FX4SIX mi ha detto di diffondere questa informazione :

Il beacon francese FX4SIX (50.315 MHz) è temporaneamente fermo per manutenzione e riparazione.

Sarà nuovamente attivo alla fine di gennaio 2007.

Vi prego di sentirvi liberi di diffondere questa informazione a tutte le liste VHF, mille grazie.

The french beacon FX4SIX (50.315 MHz) is temporarily stopped for maintenance and repair.

It will be active again at the end of january 2007.

Joe W8GEX ha organizato un'altra DXpedition, questa volta alle Bahamas.

Quattro membri del SouthWest Ohio DX Association prevedono di arrivare nell'isola Eleuthera il 5 dicembre e ripartire il 13. Opereranno nel contest 10m cosi' come in tutte le bande e modi.

Il gruppo sarà composto da Janet W8CAA, Jim K8FL, Phil W9IXX and Joe W8GEX. Phil sara' nei modi RTTY, SSTV, e PSK. Sperano di operare con tre stazioni; due in HF ed una su 50.125.

Qsl per C6DX via W8GEX, per C6AXX via W9IXX. Per favore includere SASE

Joe W8GEX has organized another DXpedition, this time to the Bahamas.

Four members of the SouthWest Ohio DX Assn plan to arrive on the island of Eleuthera on Dec, 5, and depart on the 13th. They will operate in the 10m contest as well as all bands and modes while on the island.

The crew will be Janet W8CAA, Jim K8FL, Phil W9IXX and Joe W8GEX. Phil will do the RTTY, SSTV, and PSK modes. They hope to have three stations running; two on HF and one on 50.125.

Qsl for C6DX will be to W8GEX, and C6AXX will qsl to W9IXX. Please include SASE
