Dai primi giorni di september faccio non sentito la luce di segnalazione V51VHF.
Non mi faccio dirigere notizie da posti V51 (avere ascoltato anche con buono segnala V51C e V51KC) ma suppongo che il bcn è momentaneamente qrt.

From the firsts days of september I don't heard the beacon V51VHF.
I don't have news directed by stations V51 (having also listened with good signals V51C and V51KC) but I suppose that the bcn is momentarily qrt.

L'amico, sempre simpatico e disponibile, mi ha detto che ha dei problemi di famiglia e che e' molto impegnato per il lavoro per cui ha poco tempo libero.
Ha gia' inviato circa 80 qsl di EL2VO e spera di terminare il lavoro inviando le restanti dei 50 mhz entro questo mese e il prossimo. Ha anche molte qsl di qso EME e HF.
Mi ha chiesto di formulare le sue scuse a tutti i colleghi per il ritardo e assicura che risponde sempre a tutte le qsl. Chiedo solo ancora un po' di pazienza.

Sergio scrivi tu sul web che le qsl mancanti saranno inviate entro un paio di mesi e che non ci si preoccupi di nulla.. non sono andate perse e non se le e' dimenticate.

The guy, a cheerful person, told that he has had a some family problems and that is very busy with his qrl, so his freetime is very limited now.
But so far he has already sent 80 QSL cards and hopes to send the others during this and the next month, he also has some cards for the EME and HF qsos.
He asked me to pass you his apologies for the delay and assures everyone that he answers all the cards he receives.

Ieri, 12 Settembre c'era una buona apertura da 3C5 verso l'Italia con molti con molte stazioni lavorate.
Per dare un'opportunita' di lavorare i DX a nuove stazioni, per favore vi prego di seguire queste regole:

- Se tu hai gia' lavorato una volta la stazione DX, lascia che qualcun'altro lo possa collegare la volta successiva.
- Non chiamate la stazione DX ogni volta che la sentite
- Ascolto, ascolto, ascolto. Quando si risponde durante lo svolgimento di un altro qso ne rallenterai lo svolgimento prendendo più tempo per poter provare Tu!
- Ieri sono andato QRT, mentre lavoravo stazioni italiane perche' troppe persone chiamavano durante lo svolgimento di altri QSOs. Cio' non e' divertente ne per me ne per te.
- Passa il tuo call per intero durante la chiamata, non solo le ultime 2 lettere. Questo fa perdere troppo tempo.

Quando c'e' pile up io ascolto tra 50.180 e 50.185 trasmettendo a 50.130 per rendere le operazioni piu' facili ed evitare questi problemi.

Desidero dare un'opportunita' a nuove stazioni di collegarmi, percio', per favore, non mi chiamare se abbiamo gia' fatto un QSO precedentemente. Lascia che altri mi possano collegare per la prima volta.

Yesterday, Sep 12th, there was a good opening from 3C5 to Italy with many stations worked.
To give new stations a chance to work DX, please follow these rules:

- If you have worked a DX station once, let someone else work him next time.
- You do not have to work him every time you hear him
- Listen, listen, listen. When you transmit on top of a qso, it will take longer for you to get your chance.
- I went QRT yesterday working Italian stations because too many people called on top of QSOs. It is no fun for me, or for you.
- Give all your call sign, not just 2 letters. That takes too long.

When the band is crowded, I listen on 50.180 to 50.185 and transmit on 50.130 to make it easier with these problems.

I want to give new people a chance, so please do not call me if we have already had a QSO. Let others work me for the first time.

Il callsign e' sconociuto ma potrebbe essere 5R8/F5QT.

Durante il suo viaggio, si fermera' alcuni giorni nell'Isola di Reunion dove lasciera' della nuova attrezzature nel sito del beacon FR5SIX. Altre notizie in seguito

Jean-Paul, F5QT will be active in october and novembre 1999 from Madagascar Island, with 100 watts and a 5 el. Yagi.
The callsign is unknown for now, may be 5R8/F5QT.

During his trip, he will stop a few days in the Reunion Island and he will leave a new equipement in the FR5SIX beacon site. More news later.
