Tutti i contatti debbono essere in conformità con il bandplan IARU Regione 1.
Qualsiasi stazione puo' essere lavorata, ma per entare in classifica e' necessario collegare almeno 2 locator differenti in LY (KO14,15 etc...).
Nessun contatto via ripetitore attivo o EME è permesso

50 MHz e 144 MHz:
1 km = 1 punto + 500 punti bonus per ogni nuovo WW Locator. (KO14, KO25, JO94, JP70 .....)
432 MHz: 1 km = 1 punto + 300 punti bonus per ogni nuovo WW Locator
1296 MHz e superiori: 1 km = 1 punto * moltiplicatore di banda + 300 punti bonus per ogni nuovo WW Locator.

Moltiplicatori di Banda:

• 1,3 GHz * 1
• 2,4 GHz * 2
• 5,7 GHz * 3
• 10 GHz * 4
• 24 GHz * 5

QSO con il proprio WW LOC (es.KO14XX>KO14XX) valgono 1 punto.

Logs:

I logs dovranno contenere:
ora GMT, call, RS (T) inviato, RS (T) ricevuto, locator, punti, punti bonus e i totali per ciascuna pagina
Il foglio riassuntivo dovra' contenere:
Call, nome, indirizzo (o l'home BBS per il Packet Radio o l'e-mail), il numero dei QSO effettuati, i punti dichiarati, La dichiarazione di conformita'.
Log in formato Standard EDI o TAC-LOg sono benvenuti. I Log in formato computerizzato dovranno essere in formato ASCII.
I logs dovranno giungere al Comitato Contest entro e non oltre 20 giorni dalla data del contest.

Risultati:

I risultati potranno essere ottenuti suttoscrivendo un abbonamaento al reflector majordomo@lira.lt (nel testo scrivere subscibe lyac) o sul web all'url: http://ham.fei.lt/.
I risultati annuali saranno calcolati solo sulla base dei 9 migliori piazzamenti.
Diplomi per la partecipazioene saranno inviati alle 3 stazioni meglio classificatesi in ogni banda ed a i primi classificati in ogni paese dxcc.

Il Contest LYAC e' in parallelo al Nord Activity Contest con identico conteggio dei punti.

Contacts:

All operation in accordance with IARU region 1 bandplans.
Any station may be worked, counts for points, but to qualify, QSOs with at least 2 different Locators in LY are necessary.
(KO14,15 etc...). Contacts via active repeaters and EME are not valid.

All stations are listed in same category independent of the number of operators

Points:

50 MHz and 144 MHz:
1 km = 1 point + 500 bonus points for each new WW Locator. (KO14, KO25, JO94, JP70 .....)
432 MHz: 1 km = 1 point + 300 bonus points for each new WW Locator
1296 MHz and up: 1 km = 1 point * band multiplier + 300 bonus points for each new WW Locator.

QSO with own WW LOC (i.e. KO14XX>KO14XX) counts 1 point.

Logs:

Log must contain: date, time GMT, call, sent RS(T), received RS(T) and Loc, points, bonus points, total for the page.
Summary sheet must contain: call, name, adress (or PR BBS, or e-mail), QSO number, points claimed ODX, declaration. Standard EDI, TACLog formats are welcome.
Electronic logs must be in ASCII format.
Logs must arrive at Contest Committee not later than 15 days after the Contest. You may use one of these adresses:

Results:

Monthly results can be obtained by subscribing to E-mail reflector majordomo@lira.lt (in text: subscribe lyac) or at http://ham.fei.lt/
Yearly result will be calculated from only 9 best monthly results.
Awards will be issued to 3 top scorers on every band and 1 top scorer in every DXCC country.

Notes:

LYAC Contest is parallel to Nordic Activity Contest with exactly the same calculation of points.
