1) A.R.I. Italian Radio Amateur Association issue this diplom
starting from January 1st 1993.
2) The C.D.M is assigned to all operators than can prove to be a
member of A.R.I. or similar associations and to have made qso in CW,
SSB or mixed.
C.D.M. can be requested as: Fixed station SSB, CW or mixed.
To obtain this diplom are needed:
- 30 italian provinces and 13 valid countries (for Italian OM/SWL);
- 20 italian provinces and 10 valid countries (for stranger operators).
3) Valid provinces and country are those that appears to the Mediterranean Sea.

4) C.D.M. will be grant to anyone that will present to the Award Manager:
a) a letter dated and subscribed where the applicant will declare a full respect of the rules of his country, a list of qso containing Callsign of the worked station,date,hour,qrg and mode.
b) a copy of the inscription to his Radioamateur Club.
c) It is no need to send QSL but only a declaration of the VHF Manager that can prove the authenticity of qso's list. Is faculty of the Award Manager to request the all qsl for eventual check.
d) Enclose Italian Lire 10.000 (IRC or US currency) for the diplom forwarding. The Award Manager:
