SIX ITALIA - SIX ITALY
Alle ore 10:15 di sabato 20 Marzo si è aperto il 5° Meeting Six Italia, che per l'anno 1999 si è tenuto a Casinalbo (MO), erano presenti: I0JXX, I0WBX, IK0BAL, IK0DDP, IK0FTA, IK0ISO, IW0BET, IW0GPN, IW0RLC, IZ0BVU, I1ANP, IK1EGC, IK1YWB, IW1DIM,I2ADN, I2OKW, IK2DUV, IK2GSO, IK2OFO, IW2HAJ, IW2KVT, IV3LNQ, IW3RI, IN3ALM, IN3JJI, IV3FSG, I4CIL, IK4CNQ, IK4RVC, IW4AZT, IW4EBI, I5MXX, I5WBE,IK5DHM, IK5RLP, IK5ZUL, IW5EAW, IZ5EME, IW9EKK,N5KME.
· Attività del gruppo nel 1998
Come gruppo vengono elencate le attività svolte durante l'anno '98, come la buona riuscita delle operazioni da 1A0KM, HV5PUL, E30GA, e non ultima la promozione dell'attività di 5N9RGP, a cui si è già deciso di stampare le QSL. Con ciò viene ribadita la nostra crescita d'immagine verso l'estero, confermata anche dagli oltre 6000 accessi l'anno al sito internet del gruppo.
Buona collaborazione del gruppo con l'ARI, nella persona del Manager Nazionale 50 MHz, I4CIL, che ha permesso di ottenere negli ultimi tempi la sospensione della domanda di esercizio, e la portatilità e mobilità in tale banda.
Viene inoltre accolta anche all'estero la nostra proposta sulla finestra di non interdizione durante i contest (50150 e sup.), dalle nazioni Scandinave per il NAC, e dagli USA con una richiesta di spostare il centro banda a 50200.
· Materiale a disposizione
Il gruppo dispone di una antenna 5JXX6 da usare per le dx-pedition e di un trasverter 28-50 MHz. Possiede inoltre un buon numero di magliette con l'effige del gruppo, gentilmente donate da IW5BML, da vendersi come gadjet.
· Bilancio consuntivo 1997-98
Viene in seguito tenuta da Andrea N5KME la relazione di cassa del gruppo; la situazione finanziaria del gruppo è in attivo grazie alla vendita di gadjet e ai contributi volontari dei soci.
Le uniche spese effettuate nell'anno '98 sono state la stampa di QSL per la spedizione di I2ADN/IF9 dall'isola di Favignana, e la registrazione biennale del dominio internet sixitalia.org.
· Situazione soci
Vengono elencati dal presidente del gruppo i soci he non hanno rinnovato l'adesione per il 1999: I0OEU, IK4DRY, IW0CVK, IW8DUL, IZ8CKY, I4YSS, IV3CYT, si rammenta che essi hanno possibilità di rimanere soci se invieranno delle collaborazioni entro il '99, l'unico socio che ha richiesto la riammissione per il '99 è IK5ZUL. Si presume comunque che molti di essi non abbiano mai ricevuto la posta via internet o packet.
· Elezione delle cariche
Si procedeva in seguito alla votazione per l'elezione delle cariche di presidenza; si candida solo il gruppo IK0FTA-I0CUT-IW0BET che vengono riconfermati all'unanimità, quindi venivano eletti come probi viri IK2GSO, I2ADN, IK5DHM, IK0BAL e IK1EGC.
· Proposte attività promozionali per il 1999
IK0FTA propone che venga distribuito ai nuovi soci la dispensa "Vademecum 6 metri" una raccolta di articoli tecnici sulla magic band pubblicati negli anni scorsi su RR, in modo da perseguire uno degli scopi del gruppo, e cioè la diffusione dell'uso e della conoscenza dei 6 metri.
La proposta viene accolta e si provvederà alla stampa di 20 copie più altre eventuali.
I2ADN ringrazia innanzi tutto il gruppo per la fornitura delle QSL per la spedizione da Favignana, e propone di sponsorizzare qualcosa di semplice ma efficace che ci mandi alla ribalta in campo europeo, e consiglia, su richiesta del gruppo inglese dell' UK6MG, l'attivazione dello square JN51.
IW0RLC ricorda che dal prossimo Aprile sarà attiva la stazione JT1Y dalla Mongolia, operata da I0SNY e un gruppo di italiani, anche in 6 metri per cercare di effettuare qualche buon qso verso JA e VK.
IV3FSG propone infine di organizzare degli stan propagandistici del gruppo presso le maggiori fiere radioamatoriali a cominciare dalla prossima fiera di Pordenone da cui sarà attiva una stazione anche in 6 metri operata da IV3LNQ. La proposta è stata subito accolta dalla maggioranza e si è pensato di muoversi proprio per fine Aprile in occasione della fiera di Pordenone.
· Assemblea per l'anno 2000
Si discuteva poi la scelta del luogo dove effettuare la prossima riunone del gruppo, le città proposte sono Frosinone, Perugia e Grosseto.
Viene scelta dalla maggioranza Perugia in quanto in quanto al centro d'Italia e facilmente raggiungibile.
· Obiettivi per il 1999
Si rammenta che le collaborazioni sono una condizione necessaria per rimanere soci del gruppo, esse possono essere sia in forma di articoli tecnici o meno sia in forma di contributi finanziari con donazioni o l'acquisto di gadjet (magliette, adesivi, etc..), valgono inoltre come collaborazioni gli articoli pubblicati su RR.
Si è notato che durante il '98 tali collaborazioni sono in crescita esponenziale, con gradito piacere da parte della maggioranza.
Viene votato all'unanimità la proposta di acquisto del sito internet per questo i presenti si autotassano di 20.000 £ ciascuno.
· E30GA - HV5PUL - 1A0KM
Nel pomeriggio vengono ripresi i lavori con la proiezione delle immagini della spedizione da E30GA da parte di due membri della spedizione I8NHJ Max, ed Elvira IV3FSG.
Successivamente IW0BET e IW0GPN relazionano l'attività da HV5PUL, ed IK0FTA su quella svolta da 1A0KM.

Group's Activities in the 1998
First come listed the activities done during 1998, like the good result of the operations from 1A0KM, HV5PUL, E30GA, and the promotion of 5N9RGP, which it has already been decided to print the QSLs. With these it's been clear our presence into the 6 meters world, confirmed also from the over 6000 accesses for year to the group internet web site.
Good collaboration of the group with ARI, in the person of the National Manager 50 MHz, I4CIL, that has allowed to obtain the suspension of the question of exercise in the last times, and the portability and mobility in this band.
It's been allowed, also on other countries, our proposal about the window of not interdiction during the contest (50150 and up.), from the Scandinavian nations for the NAC, and from the USA with an application of move the center band to 50200.'
Group material
The group have now a 5JXX6 antenna to use for the dx-pedition and a 28-50 MHz transverter.
It has a good number of shirts with the icon of the group, kindly given from IW5BML.
Financial situation
Andrea, N5KME took the relation of money situation of the group; the situation of the group is in active thanks to the sale of gadjets and to the voluntary contributions of the partners.
The unique costs done in '98 have been the press of QSL for the expedition of I2ADN/ IF9 from Favignana Island, and the biennial registration of the internet domine sixitalia.org.
Members situation
Then were listed from the president of the group the members that have not renewed for the 1999: I0OEU, IK4DRY, IW0CVK, IW8DUL, IZ8CKY, I4YSS, IV3CYT, it's remembered that they have capability of remain partners only if they will dispatch some collaborations through the 99,the only member that has reaffiliated for the 99 is IK5ZUL. It is assumed however that many of them has not ever gotten the mail from internet or packet.
Election of the offices
The there were the election of the offices of chairmanship; the only candidate is the group IK0FTA-I0CUT-IW0BET that is renewed from all, and after then came elect like probi viri IK2GSO I2ADN IK5DHM IK0BAL and IK1EGC.
Proposed activity for the 1999
IK0FTA proposes that it come distributed to the new members the "Vademecum on 6 meters" a harvest of technical articles on the magic band printed in last years on Radio Rivista, to follow one of the finals of the group: the diffusion of information about 6 meters.
The proposal comes gathering and will be printed 20 copies.
I2ADN thanks all the group for the QSLs for the expedition from Favignana Isl., and proposose to sponsorize anything of simple but effective, and he propose, on request of the UK6MG, the activation of the square JN51.
IW0RLC remembers that from the next April will be active the station JT1Y from the Mongolia, operated from I0SNY and a group of Italian, also in 6 meters for try to make any good qso toward JA and VK.
IV3FSG proposes finally of organize some propagandist stand of the group beside the more greater hamfest to start from the next in Pordenone from which it will be active a station also in 6 meters operated from IV3LNQ. The proposal has been sudden gathering from the majority and has been thought to start for the end of April in occasion of Pordenone.
Meeting 2000
Then was discussed the choiceof the place where will have the next meeting of the group, the proposed cities are Frosinone, Perugia and Grosseto.
The Choice is Perugia from the majority because is more easily accessible for all, due to its geographical position, in the center of Italy.
Objective for the 1999
It's remembered that the collaborations are a necessary condition to remain partners of the group, they could be in form of technical articles or not, in form of financial contributions with donations or bought of gadjet (shirts, adhesive, etc.), collaborations are also the articles written for Radio Rivista.
It has been noticed that during the '98 the collaborations are in exponential growth, with pleasant from part of the majority.
Voted from the majority comes the proposal of acquisition of the internet web site for this the presents give 20.000 £ each.
E30GA - HV5PUL - 1A0KM
In the afternoon the works reprised with the projection of the images from E30GA dx-pedition from two members of the group I8NHJ Max, and Elvira IV3FSG.
After that IW0BET and IW0GPN talked about HV5PUL activity, and finally IK0FTA that from 1A0KM.
