If they come via the bureau the will be returned the same way. I get QSL´s every month and write the answer within a week, but I only ship 2 times a year. If they come direct with SASE they are answered and in the mail within a week. Those comming direct without SASE will be answered via the bureau. If I call CQ DX within the DX window I will NOT respond to any calls from Europe. I do not call CQ DX for fun, but to get the distant and rare stations. So far I have 1304 QSO´s in the log with Italian stations 955 QSO´s with French stations etc., on six, and all squares in these countries are confirmed (I could make this list of countries much longer but I and F are two good examples). Even so, I will be pleased to continue to work any station in Europe when I´m not calling CQ DX within the DX window 50.100-50.130 MHz As you can see I rewrote a bit, to not do the standard misstake and only blame one for the chaos. It was a good day for me today: 5 new provinces in about one hour. The opening to northern Italy was most impressive, and my new provinces today were Bergamo, Torino, Salerno, Livorno and Como. The score is now 59 worked, 43 confirmed. I have also worked 21 of the 23 regions, with only the _very_ difficult Valle d'Aosta and Alto Adige needed. Other DX heard was 7Q7RM and 9J2BO (again!), with most of Europe heard/worked. The skip was so short that I even managed to work a few HB9s. At the moment (20:40 UTC) I am hearing SP/OK/OM/ES/SM and OH.
