Ingemar (SM6CMU) sta per andare a nordovest per le sue ferie questa estate. Di seguito ecco il suo schedule etc:

Partenza da Hanstholm, Danimarca, il 29th Maggio alle 20.00 locali e arrivo a Torshavn, Isole Faroe, il 1^ giugno alle 05.00 Fate attenzione per il grid IP62

Partenza da Torshavn il 2 Giugno alle15.00
Arrivo a Seydisfjördur, Islanda il 3 Giugno alle 08.00
Partenza da Seydisfjördur June 10th 12.00
poi fara un tour automobilistico dell'Islanda girando in senso orario.

Le operazioni in 6 metri saranno abitualmente in macchina con una antenna 1/4 di onda quando sara' alla guida e una 3 yagi elementi MFJ quando si fermera' (saranno necessario circa 15 minuti per montarla e posizionarla su un mast di 8 metri) usera' un Icom IC706MkIIg. e usera' il JT6M il primo pomeriggio e la mattina.

Frequenze previste 50167 and 50267.

Sara' attivo anceh sui 2 metri usando l'FSK441 la tarda sera e la notte solo quando sara' sulla costa est e sud dell'Islanda con IC706MkII e 170 watts usando una 9 elementi portatile della Tonna.Si useranno alcune frequenze random che saranno annunciate in seguito e frequenze dedicate a qso con lunghe distanze (sotto 1900 km). No sono previste attivita' HSCW.

Will drive around Iceland counter clockwise.

Operation on 6 meters will as usual be with mobile 1/4 wave whip when driving and with 3 element MFJ yagi when stopped (takes about 15 minutes to raise the 8 meter high mast and assemble the yagi) using Icom IC706MkIIg. Will use JT6M early evenings and mornings.

Favoured frequencies 50167 and 50267.

Will also be on 2 meters using FSK441 late evenings/nights but only from east and south coast of Iceland with IC706MkII and 170 watts and a 9 element portable Tonna. There will be a separate random frequency to be announced and a separate frequency for long distance (above 1900 km) schedules. No HSCW on this trip.

Oltre queste attivita' la maggior parte del traffico sara' svolta sui 144MHz, con Si Muhammad, CN8PA, che sara' attivo in parallelo dal proprio QTH, con 50 watts e una 9 el yagi.

Come lo scorso anno non sarano presi sked.
