Currently based in Nairobi (Kenya), and using his 5Z4J callsign, John, ZS5J has just received his 5X1J license. "I have an office in Uganda and I travel by road to Uganda from Kenya on a regular basis, usually for 2 to 3 weeks for each trip", he says. "It is on these trips that I will be using my 5X1J callsign. I will be operating mostly from Jinja, at the source of the River Nile near Lake Victoria". QSL only via LoTW. 8Q - Maldives - 15.02.25

Takio, JH3QFL will be active as 8Q7FL from the Maldives (AS-013) from 26 February to 6 March. He will operate FT8 on 40-6 metres. QSL direct to home call and LoTW.


FS/PJ7 - St. Martin/Sint Maarten - 12.02.25

VA3QSL activates Sint Maarten from Feb. 16 until March 4 as PJ7/VA3SQL and St. Martin as FS/VA3SQL. QRV on 40-6m (CW, SSB, digital modes) with 100W. QSL via LoTW.


V6 - Micronesia - 12.02.25

Rikk, WE9G will be active as V6WG from Kosrae Island (OC-059), Micronesia from 18 March to 1 April. This will be a SO2R operation on 160-6 metres; he will operate FT8/FT4 (MSHV and Super Fox) with some SSB and CW, and will enable Club Log's Live Stream.
