Bank Cays, Bahamas. La sola precedente
attivita' da questo raro identificativo IOTA
(NA-219)
termino' prematuramente a causa del mal tempo dopo
solo 6 ore di operazioni. Essi pensano di essere
con sole 2 stazioni sulle solite frequenze IOTA e
saranno attivi anche durante il contest WPX SSB.
Un viaggio di due gironi in nave e' necessario per
raggiungere questo gruppo di isole IOTA inabitate.
Il team sara' QRV dal 25
al 29 Marzo su tutte le bande (piu' i nuovi 60m) in
CW, SSB, PSK-31 & RTTY.
Callsign saranno C6DX
& QSL via K9AJ.

W9IXX are going to Double Headed Shot Cay in Cay Sal
Bank Cays, Bahamas. The only previous
activity from this rare IOTA counter (NA-219) was ended
prematurely by bad weather after only 6 hours
operation. They plan to be QRV with at least two
stations on the usual IOTA frequencies & will
also be QRV during the WPX
SSB contest.
A two day boat trip is required to reach this
uninhabited IOTA island group. The group will be
QRV March 25-29 on all
bands (plus the new 60m band) on CW, SSB, PSK-31
& RTTY.
Callsign will be C6DX
& QSL via K9AJ.

Il team ha scritto l'ultimo QSO, sabato intorno
alle 1330 UTC.
Tutto il team tornera' a casa questa mattina .
Sono attesi alle 0400 UTC all'aereoporto Paris
Roissy, Charles de Gaulle.
I ragazzi sono molto stanchi ma felici di aver
passato il call 5V7 ai loro amici circa
17500 times
Questa domenica sara' una domenica di sonno.
Di tanto in tanto saranno diffuse altre
informazioni come la messa in linea del log, la
stampa dell eqsl e il loro invio curato da Franck,
F5TVG, QSL
manager.

Hi friends
The team has logged the last QSO o, saturday around
1330 UTC.
All the team members are come back home this
morning .
They landed at 0400 UTC at Paris Roissy, Charles de
Gaulle airport.
They are very tired but so happy to have given
5V7 to their
friends about 17500
times
This Sunday was before a sleeping Sunday.
From time to time other information will be given
such as date of putting the log on line, news from
the QSL printer then from Franck, F5TVG, QSL manager.
Thank to all the ham community for having be
patient when AC was in trouble.
